My own reactions are as follows:-

(a) I hope the Committee will be kept small. I suggest it should not exceed the number proposed, i.e. 8 or 9.

(b) I think it would strengthen the Committee greatly if Dr. Kauntze were included on it. The Medical School is to be un idiate and ost important part of the reviving University activities, und Dr. Kauntze, with his deep interest in Higher Medical Education and his experience as Chairaan of the Makerere College Council, should be able to be of great help.
